The All Aboard Learning Center opened in May 2001 at the Houston
Chinese Church, located at 10305 South Main, Houston, TX 77025. CCC
and the church have both served Houston for many years and continue
to expand on their plans for kindergarten and school age programs.
Programs are uniquely designed to promote effective and
appropriate skill development, as well as support the needs of
children and their families. Starting in the fall, Before- and
After- School programs are offered. Summer programs for
students through age 13 begin in June and enrich students through
field trips, fine arts, recreation, and reading.
Funding help is obtained from the United Way, various grants, and
many generous contributors. The program is licensed by the Texas
Department of Protective and Regulatory Services.
