Adult Day Program
 

Goal
To enable seniors to live a healthy and independent lifestyle

There are various programs within the department that promote this goal. 

The Adult Day Program (ADP) provides activities five days per week Monday from 10:00-12:00, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10:00-3:00, and Friday from 10:00-1:00 with an average attendance of 50 seniors per week. Activities include dance, arts, exercise, educational seminars. The program is designed for seniors ages 55 and older. If interested, but under 55-years-old, the participant will be subject to regular Gym membership fees (please refer to Gym Membership under the Community section for more information).

RATES:
Program Rates are based on participants age 60 years old and over. Anyone under age 60 will be subject to regular Gym membership fees.

Age 80+ Caregiver must accompany
